Aomori Nebuta festival is held annually from 2nd to 7th August in the city of Aomori and attracts more than 3 million visitors every summer. The vivid and colourful Nebuta floats parade through the streets as if they were floating on a river. Anyone can join the parade as long as they wear a Haneto dancer costume.
