The hotel is located between Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Disney Sea (approx. 1km far from each site). From JR Tokyo station, it takes only 20minutes to JR Maihama station. Then from the nearest station, take Disney Resort Liner to Bayside station and the hotel is just in front of the monorail station. There is also complimentary shuttle bus to/from the hotel and JR Maihama station. To the parks, take Disney Resort Liner from Bayside station and it takes only 5 minutes ride. Airport Limousine offers transfer services bound for Tokyo Disney Resort area from Narita and Haneda airports. These buses stop in front of the hotel and it takes about 80minutes from Narita airport and 60minutes from Haneda airport.

You don't easy get this rate at Tokyo for a western size room. Spacious with good bed. Everything seems great, however pls consider adding daily oasis pass and grand cafe breakfast for Amb eliteread full review
