I work in IT in Manchester. My friends, my husband and I decided to visit Japan because we had never been and we all love sushi and wanted to know what real Japanese sushi tasted like (answer – totally amazing!).
I’ve visited a lot of countries over the years on four continents, but I can truly say that the wonderfully friendly welcome we received and the rich heritage and stunning scenery of Japan make it one of my favourite places on Earth. I fell in love with Japan, it’s history and it’s people and I am already looking forward to returning and seeing more of it.
