My best friend and I visited Japan for 2 weeks and wanted to spend 5 days in Kyushu island. They went above and beyond at every opportunity, meeting us in person at the train station in Fukuoka to assist us with final travel arrangements, providing wonderful suggestions for cultural activities, preparing maps and itineraries, even calling a hotel which we had booked ourselves to help us arrange a shuttle bus connection.
